bogofilter 0.10.3.1 fails if started w/ 'bogofilter -l'

They should be merged into the 0.10.3.1 source tree so that we can release 
0.10.3.2 with the fixes.

I'm planning on building 0.11 at the end of February, i.e. the end of next 
week.
