base64 error

The attached zip file contains an email which triggers
an error in base64_decode. During the decoding process,
the code backs up when a character decoding fails, and unfortunately,
can back up too far.  The tar file also contains two patches that
output debugging messages. After applying the patches, and rebuilding,
run bogolexer < spam-flex-error to see it.  

In this particular case, the decoder is choking on the boundary line
which should not be fed to it. I'll fix that.
