Clint,

The good news is, when I compare the your *list.txt files in 
checks*/words.? to mine, they are identical.  This indicates that your copy 
of bogofilter is correctly building and dumping the wordlists.

The bad news is that when I run "grep nan tests/*" I get lots of 
matches.  Something is wrong in your calculations.

To ask the traditional question:

What are you running, i.e. operating system, architecture, compiler, etc?

I'm running "Linux 2.4.19-16mdk Sep 20 18:15:05 CEST 2002 i686" and "gcc 
3.2 (Mandrake Linux 9.0 3.2-1mdk)".  If the answer is comparable, then we 
need to compare source trees (or something).
