I think we should merge when the MIME code is stable, has Gyepi's
blessing, I had another look (or two, with RATS and splint or something)
and it had some testing in real life. We need to shake bugs out or
issues that are brought up, such as the recent "invalid HTML token in the
middle of a word" now that the new HTML tokenizer allows for more
aggressive discrimination of tokens and junk.
