ascii version of regression test

I have gone through the test suites training sets and test messages and 
converted the various high-bit characters to normal ascii.  There were 
about half a dozen different characters to change and I used a custom 
bogolexer that warned me whenever it encountered a high-bit character.

If you want to download the current cvs version, it's ready for your 
testing.  Alternatively you can wait for 0.9.0.2(beta) to be 
released.  Hopefully that'll be soon.
