Release of bogofilter 0.7.6.rc1

lexer.c is included in the rc1 tar file.  typically only lexer.l is included.
(although the included lexer.c compiled fine on both linux redhat 8
and hp-ux 11i).

also, was it too late to get my README.hp-ux file into the 0.7.6 distribution?
i can't remember what you said about that.

thanks.  i'm excited about the release of 0.7.6, it is the best
bogofilter yet by far.
