Request permission to delete files

Hi,

while I have the power to do it, I'd like your permission first.

I'm about to delete these files from the CVS tree as these are
auto-generated:

Makefile.in
aclocal.m4
config.in
configure
depcomp
install-sh
missing
mkinstalldirs

I shall in turn check in a script, cvs-bootstrap.sh, that calls these
auto* tools in the right order to reinstantiate all these files.

Note, I'm using autoconf 2.54 and automake 1.6.3 here.
