bogofilter 1.3.0.beta4 now available, more bugfixes and robustness

bogofilter 1.3.0.beta4 is now available from

(on gitlab, use the .tar.xz file and its detached GnuPG signature!)

This mainly fixes #6, static analyser warnings (there were some actual 
bugs), and in some places, we cannot fully fix things easily without 
switching to C++ or writing excessive amounts of code in order to fix 
a "memory still reachable" style of leaks, and was a big change.

It also cleaned up include-what-you-use warnings, uncovering some 
portability issues.
