0.96.6 promoted to stable

Bogofilter 0.96.6 has been promoted from "current" to "stable" status.
In the week since its release, the only problem reported is a minor one
in a script run during "make check".  We want another 10 days
experience with this release to see if it's worthy of the 1.0.0 label.

As always downloads are available from ftp.bogofilter.org/pub/outgoing
and from www.sourceforge.net/projects/bogofilter 

Note: CVS has the "make check" fix and some documentation updates.
These have not been included in 0.96.6 but will be rolled into the next
release.
