[bogofilter-announce] bogofilter-0.13.4 - new current release

Bogofilter version 0.13.4 has been released on SourceForge.  This is a 
bugfix release.

The biggest change from bogofilter-0.13.3 is the change of the default robs 
value (used in calculating spamicity) from 0.001 to 0.01.  Recent tests 
have revealed that the older, smaller value has undue influence on the 
spamicity of tokens that only appear in the goodlist or in the spamlist and 
that this affects the spamicity of the message.  Changing to the larger 
value gives better results.

The big change for bogofilter-0.13.0 is in message parsing.  Improvements 
suggested by Paul Graham were tested, found to be useful, and have been 
added.  File RELEASE.NOTES-0.13 has more info.
