[bogofilter-announce] bogofilter 0.11.1.8 - new current releas

Bogofilter version 0.11.1.8 has been released on SourceForge.  Version 
0.11.1.7 was built with an old version of autoconf and included an 
incompatible version of acinclude.m4.  This has been corrected.  Also, some 
minor documentation corrections have been made.  See below for more detail.
