[bogofilter-announce] Version 0.7.3 released

Hi,

I have released version 0.7.3 on my FTP site:
ftp://bogofilter.aotto.com/pub/bogofilter/bogofilter-0.7.3.tar.gz

There are significant changes in this release. The excerpt below from the
NEWS file summarizes them. This release should run on Solaris and BSD.
Getting Judy working on those platforms takes a little bit more work. See
