I have received a couple of these myself.
Could be a new way of beating bogofilter

How about using the transition from non-upper case to upper case
character as a token boundary? This would break up the concatenated 
words into bite-size chunks that bogofilter can eat for breakfast :-)

I guess this could be implemented using a Perl pre-filter to see if 
it works.
