The output looks very strange to me.
There are tokens in there that could only be spam, e.g.

X-Bogosity: No, tests=bogofilter, spamicity=0.500000, version=0.16.4
                                     n    pgood     pbad      fw     U
"Date...Or"                         29  0.000057  0.000000  0.000143 +
"Mate!"                             29  0.000057  0.000000  0.000143 +

as you can see these appear to be viewed as ham tokens
The tokens were present in 29 of the messages registered - all of 
which were registered as good (since pgood is non-zero, and pbad is 
zero)

So I can only conclude that you incorrectly registered 
(or incorrectly de-registered) your spam.
