New bogofilter FAQ

G'day,

The FAQ (at http://bogofilter.sourceforge.net/bogofilter-faq.html) has been 
updated.  The changes are:

1. new table of contents
2. new section on the meaning of bogofilter's vebose outputs (when using 
"-vv", "-vvv", and "-R")
3. new section on how to train bogofilter using SpamAssassin

My thanks go to Boris 'pi' Piwinger for suggesting #1 and #2 and doing most 
of the work.  His efforts inspired me to do #3 which for many months the 
FAQ has claimed is "coming soon".
