I hosed that recently and missed it when proofreading. Fixed in CVS.

I also tried to change the AUTHORS section into a <simplelist> (DocBook
V4.1.2) and have bumped into a style sheet bug in docbook-xsl 1.60.1
that renders broken man pages (without line breaks), so I reverted that
change (has never touched CVS). The docbook-xsl bug was filed at
sourceforge, see
