A perusal of the spambayes archives is indicated here.  There's no
point in repeating all that discussion.

In practice I deliver all nonspam and all unsure and quarantine all
spam; where the distinction between nonspam and unsure really matters
is for training.  Manually classifying unsures and training on those
plus false positives and any spams wrongly classified as nonspam is
the way to get discrimination to improve quickly.

Automatic training without manual correction is not going to work
anyway.
