Fragmented messages bypass filtering

This concern extends to spam as well. The mail server will need to
re-assemble fragmented messages before passing them to bogofilter in order
for them to be effectively scanned for spam content. Dealing with this
problem is really outside the scope of what bogofilter is intended for, but
this is useful information to know.
