I would also suggest ignoring the foolsing headers:

    X-Spam-JunkFilter
    X-jf

    X-Spam-Status
    X-Spam-Flag
    X-Spam-Level
    X-Spam-Checker-Version
    X-Spam-Report

This would make it so that SpamAssain or Junkfilter assessments don't
skew the results of bogofilter's testing. NB: Some of these headers are
multi-line.

As it is likely that there are other headers that people would like to ignore
it should be a configurable option (posiblily read from a file?).
